Do you repair all brands of electric bikes?
Due to the high demand for our specialty services, we only providing service to customers who have purcahsed a bike from us only or that are powered by the Bosch eBike system.
If you have an ebike with a Bosch system, we may on occasion have availability to offer service. Please contact our customer support team for availability.
I need technical support for a product purchased elsewhere. Who can I speak to?
Unfortuantely we only offer technical support on the products we have sold. We suggest reaching out to the retailer or manufacturer of where the product was purchased from for assistance.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Do you ship internationally?
Smaller like items such as spare parts and accessories can be shipped worldwide.
For ebikes we only ship within Canada.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We typically ship all in stock orders within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays.
How long does it take to receive my order?
As we ship worldwide shipping times will vary greatly depending on the shipping method selected. This can range from express next day service to up to 14 days.
